The arrival of March brings us closer to the arrival of something Santa Rita Ranch residents are eagerly awaiting — The Paddock in Liberty Hill update.
This newest addition to the community’s wide range of amenities broke ground Jan. 31 and is expected to open in 2026 in Saddleback Village.
The Paddock in Liberty Hill Update:
The Paddock at Santa Rita Ranch has been designed to foster connections, bringing a blend of relaxation and fun to all who call Saddleback Village home. Summers can be spent lounging at a resort-style pool. The playscape is meant for year-round fun with parents and their tots meeting other families for playdates, little ones exercising their imaginations and their bodies, and cherished memories made.
More meet-ups will be at The Stable at The Paddock amenity center. This open-air building is a flexible social space where residents can live up to Ranch Code No. 3 Get to Know Your Neighbors for planned social events, birthday party celebrations, or simply “just because.”
But that’s not all, The Paddock at Santa Rita Ranch has to offer! This unique space has not one or two but four pickleball courts — including two that are indoors. Whatever the weather, residents will be able to meet up for some friendly competition as they live active and healthy lives (Ranch Code No. 6) in true Santa Rita Ranch style.
Young residents and their safety-minded parents will appreciate the Trike Track at The Paddock, a dedicated bike lane for children to ride safely within the community.
While The Paddock will be convenient to residents in Saddleback Village, it is only one of several recreation centers all Santa Rita Ranch residents enjoy. Opened last year is Ranch Camp, our largest amenity yet with 8 acres of pools, a splash park, cornhole lawn, relaxation station, and two pickleball courts (because you can’t have enough!). There’s also the Ranch House with another pool, as well as water slides and a kids’ splash zone. The Hub also has a pool (another of those more-is-better amenities), shady areas, and barbecue pits. The Green Play Park offers basketball courts, a playground, fitness zone, and covered pavilion. The Wellness Barn is residents’ onsite fitness center. Multiple lakes and miles of trails? We have those, too! With so much to keep residents active and engaged, our favorite Ranch Code just might be No. 11 — Have Fun Along the Way!
