Future Plans

Our developers have thought through each and every acre of Santa Rita Ranch and we’re blazing our own trail (Ranch Code #7)on these future plans so that we can offer our residents a community of new homes in Austin that they’ll love right now and into the future. See what plans we have in store for our residents to enjoy:

TOWN CENTER

Santa Rita Ranch is much more than a community of new homes in Austin. We take pride in offering not only a place for our residents, but for local business owners as well.

The community will eventually come together at the 38–acre Santa Rita Ranch Town Center, featuring a variety of fine restaurants and exciting shopping and daily services where you can relax, get to know your neighbors (Ranch Code #3) and run errands conveniently.  Everything you want and need will be just right outside your door at Santa Rita Ranch.

We are excited to welcome local business owners to the Town Center and support the thriving Texas economy the state is known for.

SPORTS COMPLEX & SPORTS FIELDS

Coming soon to the Santa Rita Ranch planned community: a full Sports Complex and facilities to help encourage residents to live an active and healthy lifestyle (Ranch Code #6). From hiking and biking trails to the closely located San Gabriel River, we want everyone who lives at Santa Rita Ranch to experience the best our local outdoors has to offer! That is why we are bringing our residents lots of ways to get outside and get active. Santa Rita Ranch will always support our growing community’s youth sports programs, so having a place where the kiddos can be together and improve their skills is important to us.

The sports complex and fields will be located half a mile from the Ranch House Welcome Center. We envision the sports complex and fields to be home to following:

  • Basketball Courts
  • Tennis Courts
  • Baseball/Softball Fields
  • Volleyball Courts
  • Soccer Fields
  • Concession Stand
  • Maintenance Facility

So much more will come to the sports complex and our planned community. The first phase of the design process is in place, so stay tuned for more details!
