You’ll find our newest neighborhood in Liberty Hill right next to the new Santa Rita Middle School. Just like the rest of Santa Rita Ranch, it will feature homes from some of the best builders in the industry. In fact, homebuyers will immediately recognize most, if not all, of the builders in the new Texas Homestead neighborhood. Castlerock Communities is building 1,651- to 2,959-square-foot floor plans on spacious 50’ lots that must be seen to be believed.
Pulte Homes offers a choice of 40’ or 45’ lots with homes ranging from a cozy 1,207 square feet to a spacious 2,943 square feet.
Westin Homes is building on 60’ lots, with homes ranging from 2,655 square feet to 3,585 square feet.
Coventry Homes has options for 50’ and 60’ lots, with homes ranging from 2,088 square feet all the way up to some of our largest homes at 3,650 square feet.
Scott Felder homes have a reputation for being great, which you can see for yourself in floor plans from 1,567 to 2,900 square feet on 45’ lots.
The largest and most spacious Estate Homes in Homestead will be built on 90’ lots by Perry Homes and Highland Homes. Perry Homes will offer floor plans ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, and Highland Homes will offer floor plans ranging from 2,600 to 3,600 square feet. And that’s just for starters. We’re also proud to be partnering with Toll Brothers to build some amazing future homes on 70’ lots in our newest neighborhood. We’ll have more information on those coming soon!
Besides some amazing homes with prices starting in the low $400’s the new Texas Homestead neighborhood will feature its own Welcome Center and Amenity Center, complete with resort-style pool with splash pad and lounge areas, plus all the amenities that make Ranch living so unforgettable.
