Here at Santa Rita Ranch, we love big announcements! We’re so excited to share the news that a brand-new neighborhood is coming to our master-planned community! We are once again blazing our own trail and working with one of the finest home builders in Texas to create the brand-new Saddleback neighborhood in Liberty Hill. This new neighborhood in Santa Rita Ranch is located on Ronald Reagan Blvd near Divine Savior Academy and directly across the street from our new Regency active adult neighborhood. Best of all, building is currently underway!
Pulte Homes is building phase 1 of the Saddleback neighborhood in Liberty Hill even as you’re reading this. Phase 1 is set to include 222 lots ranging from 40 to 50 and even 60 feet, and model homes will begin construction soon. We’re so happy to be working with Pulte on this and so excited to show you what they’ve been building!

We’re thrilled to be adding a new neighborhood because it gives us an opportunity to welcome more friendly faces to our growing community, and that’s pretty much our favorite thing to do. The new Saddleback neighborhood in Liberty Hill is the most recent addition to our growing community. The previously mentioned Regency active adult neighborhood (which is being built by Toll Brothers) was announced last July. Additionally, the new Homestead neighborhood was announced earlier this month, and it promises to include traditional, garden, and estate homes from eight great home builders!
Our latest additions are built with the same commitment to community, history, family, and the Ranch lifestyle that has been the cornerstone of Santa Rita Ranch ever since the first houses were built here in the Texas Hill Country.
Residents of the new neighborhood in Santa Rita Ranch will enjoy all the comforts and amenities that Ranch residents already know and love, including access to a leisure and lap pool, a splash pad, dual two-story waterslides, a stargazer patio, fitness facilities, and much more. Students living in Saddleback will be zoned to Liberty Hill ISD!
