In July of 2021, we were thrilled to share the news that Santa Rita Ranch was partnering with Toll Brothers to build a new 55+ Regency neighborhood, creating an all-new community of homes for active adults in Liberty Hill. Now we’re equally happy to announce that the Regency model homes are open, and active adults who want to be a part of our newest neighborhood at Santa Rita Ranch can now tour Toll Brothers model homes!
If you haven’t already heard the news, the original plans for this new 55+ active adult community just northwest of Austin included more than 1,000 home sites. This is our first exclusive active adult community and our first collaboration with Toll Brothers, a company that’s renowned for quality, craftsmanship, and incredible homes. The goal is to combine the exclusive, resort-style amenities for which Santa Rita Ranch is known with some of the most fantastic homes on the market, all geared toward the interests and lifestyles of active adults.
Since the grand opening event on July 16, interested home shoppers have been able to visit five new Toll Brothers model homes and our new sales center. Of course, this is just the beginning of what we have planned for our new Regency neighborhood. It will be a part of the larger Santa Rita Ranch community, while also boasting access to its own exclusive amenities.
The five new Regency model homes open now represent homes from three different collections, which showcase the range of options available for interested buyers in our new active adult community.
The Orchard Collection features single-family homes starting at $691,995. With designs starting at 2,693 square feet, each home in the Orchard Collection offers a range of options including three to five bedrooms, two to four baths plus a half-bath, and floor plans of one or two stories with three- or four-car garages. These are the largest and most luxurious of our Toll Brothers model homes, and they showcase the range of possibilities available to residents of our new Regency community for active adults.
The Meadow Collection of Toll Brothers model homes features homes that start at $533,995. Designed from 2,087 square feet and up, the Meadow Collection offers two to three bedrooms and two to three baths (including the option for a half-bath), set in one- or two-story floor plans with three-car garages, to give you flexibility and affordability in one. Open, spacious, and absolutely breathtaking, these homes have to be seen to be believed.
Homes in the Garden Collection at Regency start at $458,995. These cozy homes are perfect for empty nesters, designed at 1,599 square feet and up. With two to three bedrooms and an equal number of baths, you’ll still have plenty of room when family comes to visit. Options include one- and two-story floorplans with two- or three-car garages.
