Great news! Those of you who have been keeping a close eye on Homestead, the newest neighborhood here at Santa Rita Ranch, will be excited to learn that the model home park is now open! The new Homestead Village will feature 859 new homes in Liberty Hill, Texas, and the Homestead neighborhood model park showcases eight exciting new model homes by some of the finest home builders in Texas, including CastleRock, Coventry Homes, Pulte Homes, Scott Felder, Toll Brothers, and Westin Homes.

Better yet, the Homestead model home park is now open, so you can see for yourself what these award-winning builders have designed for our newest neighborhood by touring eight new model homes that combine elegance, efficiency, and comfort in ways that you’ve got to see to believe! Let’s see what our favorite builders have been cooking up for our newest neighborhood.

Each of model homes offers floor plans that have been designed for all the new ways we’re interacting with our living spaces. The developer challenged each home builder to conduct their own research about what buyers are wanting from their homes and how they anticipate living in them. Types of spaces that are becoming more common are home offices, learning rooms for the kids, designated entertaining areas, workout rooms, pet rooms, and large outdoor living spaces.
