The ranch house has always been the heart of the ranch. Back in the day, it may have been little more than a simple structure built to meet the needs of the ranchers and cattlemen who worked the land and cared for the livestock. Even though it was simple, it was still where they all came together as a community, ate their meals, and shared comradery.
Here at Santa Rita Ranch, our Ranch House is still the heart of our community. Our Ranch House may feature a lot more functions and amenities than traditional ranch houses of the past, but it was still designed and built to meet the needs of our Ranch community. It’s where the residents of Santa Rita Ranch can get together to enjoy the ranch lifestyle and where new folks can come to learn more about the neighborhood!
What can you find at the Ranch House?
More than anything else, the Ranch House is a place where our residents can get to know their neighbors (Ranch Code #3) and have fun along the way (Ranch Code #11). It’s an amenity center that’s home to tons of incredible things to do, including a Junior Olympic leisure and lap pool with two 18-foot dual waterslides, a kids’ play zone, and a splash park with lookout deck.
You can also find our Stargazer Patio and other outdoor lounge areas, the Great Lawn where we often host fun gatherings and games, and pocket parks where our smallest residents play. There’s always something fun to do at the Ranch House, and it’s also a great place to get together with your neighbors and socialize, whether that’s at a pool party, at a picnic on the Great Lawn, or while catching up around the fireplace in the Great Room.

Besides being a top-notch amenity center, the Ranch House is also where prospective homeowners can come to learn more about Santa Rita Ranch and get a taste of the Ranch lifestyle.
