We’re proud to be in familiar territory with the most recent report of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities — No. 1 in Austin according to RCLCO mid-year rankings 2024!
According to the RCLCO mid-year rankings 2024 report, Santa Rita Ranch builders sold 343 homes from January through June. That earned us the No. 19 spot in the nation and No. 7 in Texas. We’ve been Austin’s top-selling community since 2020.
We’re excited to remain tops in Austin after the 2024 planned community mid-year rankings, especially since we welcomed hundreds of new families to our happy community. In addition to growing our resident base and creating a vibrant lifestyle for everyone to enjoy, it’s been a busy first six months here. Let’s take a look:
In January, we celebrated reaching No. 14 on a tally of the nation’s best-selling communities for 2023 home sales. Last year, builders sold 742 homes in Santa Rita Ranch which was not only a record for our community, but also for the Austin area for the number of new homes sold in a single community over a year.
Just two months later, we hosted Realtors and the public at the grand opening of our new Tierra Rosa model home park in our Tierra Rosa Village. Builders Chesmar Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Sitterle Homes, Scott Felder Homes, and Taylor Morrison opened eight new, professionally decorated model homes in the new park. The grand opening also served as the introduction of Chesmar Homes and Taylor Morrison to Santa Rita Ranch.
In May, we celebrated the grand opening of the first of two amenity complexes in our community this year, making it even easier to live up to Ranch Code No. 11 — Have Fun Along the Way. The Retreat is exclusive to residents that live in Regency, our 55+ neighborhood. It features a clubhouse with a great room, café, bar, and lounge for cards and other games. Outside there is a resort-style pool, an event lawn, and courts for pickleball and bocce ball.
We invited Realtors back to the community in June for a preview of Ranch Camp, our second new amenity center. Available to all residents when it opens in August, Ranch Camp is located in our Homestead neighborhood and features two resort-style pools, a kiddie pool with a beach-entry pool designated for young swimmers, and a kids’ splash area, as well as two pickleball courts, a pavilion, shaded arbors, and cornhole lawn.
Also opening in August will be two more onsite schools — Tierra Rosa Elementary and San Gabriel Elementary, the first Georgetown ISD school to open in Santa Rita Ranch. Plus, onsite Divine Savior Academylaunches its high school program this year. The three facilities join our other onsite schools — Santa Rita Elementary, Santa Rita Middle School, and Kids ‘R’ Kids Daycare and Preschool.
As you can see, it’s been a busy, productive, and exciting first half of the year in Santa Rita Ranch, with more to come. We can’t wait to welcome even more residents to the community!
