There are more model homes and more choices than ever in Santa Rita Ranch with our new model home park now open in our Tierra Rosa Village.
Builders Chesmar Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Sitterle Homes, Scott Felder Homes, and Taylor Morrison have opened eight new, professionally decorated model homes in the new park. For those who have browsed our website before, do two of those names sound new? That’s because they are! Both Chesmar Homes and Taylor Morrison are new to Santa Rita Ranch (otherwise known as Austin’s top-selling master-planned community).
With a promise to always “do the right thing,” Chesmar Homes is bringing six-floor plans to Santa Rita Ranch that range from 2,071 to 3,005 square feet and are designed for 50-foot homesites. Taylor Morrison — voted “America’s Most Trusted Home Builder” — offers nine-floor plans in Santa Rita Ranch. Designed for 60-foot homesites, these plans range from 2,481 to 3,584 square feet.

Before or after you tour our new model park that is now open, make sure to stop by the Farm House or the Ranch House (located across the street from the new model home park) for a community tour and information on the many amenities residents of Santa Rita Ranch enjoy. The aforementioned Ranch House is one such amenity, offering a pool with Big and Lil’ Dip water slides, a splash pad, a great lawn, and a Stargazer Patio. Anglers can dip a line into one of two of Ed’s Catch-and-Release Lakes in Tierra Rosa, and residents living up to Ranch Code No. 6 (live active and healthy) enjoy miles of trails and the Happy’s Wellness Barn, where they’ll find cardio machines, spin bikes, a strength studio, and group fitness classes. There’s even the opportunity to stream on-demand classes.
But those are just the amenities in Tierra Rosa! Residents there also have access to other Santa Rita Ranch amenities, including The Green Play Park and its splash zone, basketball courts, playground, fitness zone, food truck lot, and more.
