Regency residents get ready to play — the Retreat amenity center is now open!
The centerpiece of Toll Brothers’ luxury home community in Santa Rita Ranch, The Retreat, a new 55+ active adult amenity center lives up to Ranch Codes No. 3, No. 6 and No. 11.
The Lodge is where Regency residents can get to know their neighbors (Ranch Code No. 3). Active adults can meet up at the café for coffee then hang out in the Den or challenge each other in the game room. In the evenings they can gather at the Watering Hole which is a gorgeous indoor/outdoor bar. The Sunset Pavilion is an expansive covered porch just right for enjoying the stars.
The Oasis is where our Regency 55+ residents can begin the quest to live active, healthy lives (Ranch Code No. 6). It’s the pool! But not just any pool, a beautiful one where residents can get in their laps or just lounge around and relax.

The Retreat is the first of two amenity centers that will open in 2024 in Santa Rita Ranch. Ranch Camp will be located in Homestead, but Regency residents will have access to all the fun it will offer, including three pools, pickleball courts, cornhole tournaments and more with the Regency amenity center now open.
