Our Growing, Welcoming Community
Home buyers discovered Santa Rita Ranch more than a decade ago, and our community has continued to grow since then. We are thankful for those first residents to take a chance on our version of Liberty Hill TX family life, some even choosing to remain in the community as they moved up or down in the size of their homes. They have helped us shape the culture and spirit of Santa Rita Ranch, and we are grateful to them for embracing and enhancing our community vision.
We are also grateful for those who are new to Santa Rita Ranch, those who recognize what we have built and choosing community over a simple house. We endeavor to deliver on our promise of an active, engaging lifestyle where you can get to know your neighbors (Ranch Code No. 3).
More Ways to Have Fun Along the Way (Ranch Code No. 11)
Life is too short to miss opportunities for fun, which is why we have more than $80 million in amenities open for resident use. The newest is Happyland Play Park, a 1-acre space with playgrounds for the lil’ kids and big kids, covered swing sets, an open lawn, and seating under a shade pavilion. It’s the final piece of Ranch Camp, our 8-acre amenity complex that debuted last year.
Coming next year is The Paddock, an amenity complex with a resort-style pool with lap lanes, a tot pool, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, playscapes and an outdoor F1 trike track.
Another Year as Austin’s Top-Selling Community
It’s something we never get tired of — being the top-selling master-planned community in the Austin area. For a fifth straight year, our community has earned the top spot as Austin’s best-selling master-planned community, according to the 2025 RCLCO mid-year rankings. Nearly 300 homes were sold during the first six months of 2025, enough to earn Santa Rita Ranch the No. 27 spot in the nation. Since home sales began, more than 4,200 families have found a home in our community.
Events That Bring Us Together
Community events are more reasons to be thankful for The Ranch lifestyle that residents enjoy. Our lifestyle team maintains a packed calendar of events with something for everyone — Bingo nights, sourdough workshops, men’s fitness classes, seasonal celebrations, and more. It’s all about bringing like-minded residents together and creating backdrops for lasting precious memories.

It’s easy for residents to follow Ranch Code No. 5 — Discover Natural Beauty — because it’s everywhere in Santa Rita Ranch! Paved walking paths wind through the community and authentic nature trails border lakes and creeks, and lead into wooded areas and open spaces dotted with wildflowers. There are lakes for fishing (catch-and-release, please), quiet waterways for watching the wildlife, and endless opportunities to unwind in nature.
