There’s no doubt that 2022 was an exciting year here at Santa Rita Ranch, with 450 new homes sold and 450 new families joining our master-planned community in Liberty Hill, Texas. But for one talented real estate agent, it was a great year—again! We couldn’t be more proud to announce that Sijo Vadakkan, Founder and CEO of Trinity Group in Austin, is our 2022 Realtor of the Year with 14 sales at Santa Rita Ranch.
