Attention Santa Rita Ranch residents with school-aged kiddos! Some exciting changes are coming to the educational landscape here at the Ranch! What does that mean? It means that education growth in Georgetown, TX continues each and every day, and the youngest little learners here at the Ranch will soon be able to walk or ride their bikes to brand new elementary schools, including our first on-site school zoned to Georgetown ISD!
We’re very excited to share this news with you, but before we dive into all the exciting stuff that’s coming next, let’s take a moment to appreciate the wonderful education opportunities that already call our community home!
- Divine Savior Academy has been recognized with an A+ rating by Niche thanks to its consistent dedication to educational excellence. Part of the largest private school network in the country, this 25,000-square-foot school caters to kids from pre-K to 8th grade, thanks in part to some exciting new announcements that are coming to the 13-acre campus. Read on to learn more!
- Santa Rita Elementary and Santa Rita Middle School are foundational institutions zoned to the award-winning Liberty Hill ISD. Both serve the community by providing a quality education that will help young learners begin their journey of lifelong learning and prepare for their next steps. Both of them are located right here at Santa Rita Ranch!
- Kids R Kids Learning Academy and Daycare offers something more than just daycare. It’s a place of growth, learning, and lots of fun for our littlest residents. It provides peace of mind for their parents, who know that their little ones are in good hands and never far from home.
Divine Savior Academy’s New Addition:
As we mentioned, Divine Savior Academy’s campus at Santa Rita Ranch has recently expanded to include a state-of-the-art middle school. Our premier private school can now welcome students from Pre-K to the 8th grade. Located across from our own Regency Village, this 13-acre school offers an inquiry-based curriculum in a setting that contains everything that your kids need to learn, grow, and succeed, including a Design & Creativity Lab, an auditorium, and more. A new recreational field is currently under construction! The new additions to Divine Savior Academy are already up and running, and students from Pre-K to 8th grade will be walking through those front doors as classes begin this year!
Future San Gabriel Elementary:
Good news! The new elementary schools in Georgetown, TX include San Gabriel Elementary right here at Santa Rita Ranch! We’re very excited because this is going to be the very first (but not only, we hope) on-site school zoned to our very own Georgetown ISD! We have several on-site schools already, of course, but they are currently all zoned to the (also great) Liberty Hill ISD. Now parents will have their pick while still being able to watch their kids walk or bike to and from school right in their own neighborhood! Nestled in our scenic Tierra Rosa village, this new Georgetown ISD elementary school is set to open its doors to some 850 students by the fall of 2024. Huckabee Architects designed the school, taking inspiration from the blueprints for some of Georgetown ISD’s most popular schools, including Williams and Wolf Ranch Elementary Schools.
Future Tierra Rosa Elementary:
We’re working hard to keep up with education growth in Georgetown, TX, which means that we’re not content with adding just one new on-site elementary school to our Ranch community. In fact, we’re adding a second on-site elementary school that’s zoned to Liberty Hill ISD, bringing Santa Rita Ranch up to a whopping three on-site Liberty Hill schools! The site for Tierra Rosa Elementary has been carefully chosen, too. Located right across from the existing Santa Rita Middle School and near the upcoming Ranch Camp amenity center, the new school will bring a holistic educational experience to all of its students—not to mention convenience for parents! Like San Gabriel Elementary, this new Liberty Hill ISD elementary school is slated to commence its first academic year in the fall of 2024, and we can’t wait to see all the little backpacks and lunch boxes as the kids line up for their first day of classes!
As new elementary schools in Georgetown, TX open up and kids get ready for new opportunities, new adventures, and a lifetime of learning, Santa Rita Ranch is right at the forefront.
