That’s not all. Texas is known for the diverse, friendly nature and unique culture of its inhabitants. On top of all that, Texas has much more affordable housing than California, friendlier drivers on the roads, plenty of wide-open spaces, great regional cuisine, and a warm, inviting climate for outdoor adventure.

Texas continues to be the most popular destination for Californians who choose to live in another state, and we’re proud to say that Austin is one of the top destinations for folks who are moving from California to Texas.
