We could list the reasons all day long, but we’re especially excited about being recently featured in RCLCO’s Mid-Year 2020 list of the best selling master planned communities. We earned our spot on this exclusive list thanks to total sales that were 30% higher than this time last year. RCLCO is a top real estate and housing expert group, so it’s a great honor for RCLCO to recognize Santa Rita Ranch as one of the top 50 master-planned communities in the nation.
Have you been noticing some new neighbors in the community lately? So far in 2020, Santa Rita Ranch has helped 278 individuals and families move into new homes in Austin, Texas! According to the RCLCO report, that places Santa Rita Ranch at #31 among master-planned communities across the country and squarely in the top 10 master-planned communities in the great state of Texas.
In 2019, we had the great pleasure of welcoming 372 new homeowners to our master-planned community. That’s one a day! So, if you’ve seen some friendly new faces around the neighborhood, that’s probably because our little community is now home to nearly 3,000 people!
