We started the year in familiar territory — as Austin’s top-selling master-planned community. It was our fifth consecutive title, with RCLCO Real Estate Consulting ranking us not just first in Austin, but No. 6 in Texas and No. 18 in the nation after 644 new homes were sold in Santa Rita Ranch during 2024. Fast forward to July, when we proudly held onto the recognition after RCLCO released its 2025 mid-year report. This success is a major highlight of our Liberty Hill TX real estate market recap 2025.
The Next Frontier
We opened our seventh village with a Realtor event that was out of this world. Real estate agents from across Williamson County and beyond toured beautiful new model homes and enjoyed live music, cocktails, food, and glittery, NASA-inspired photo ops and entertainers during The Next Frontier grand opening of Eldorado Village. This next-level event strengthened our standing with the local real estate community, and we are grateful for their continued support as together we help their clients find the perfect home and community.
And Speaking of Events
The Next Frontier wasn’t our only celebration in 2025 — our lifestyle director hosted a full calendar of resident gatherings throughout the year. Pool parties, outdoor movies, pickleball tournaments, and more packed the schedule for a year of community and connection. As always, we went big for the holidays, with sparkling festivities that honored the day and created lasting memories.
Our most popular event was the annual Santa Rita Day, a beloved tradition that heralds as the opening of summer. The party spanned several of our pools and overflowed with sweet treats and endless fun.
Happyland Play Park Opens: A Major Milestone in our Liberty Hill TX Real Estate Market Recap 2025
The star of our Santa Rita Ranch new amenities recap is the opening of Happyland Play Park, which delighted residents with a fun afternoon of games, balloon art, and a visit from Happy, our beloved bovine camp counselor. The 1-acre park marks the completion of Ranch Camp, an 8-acre amenity complex that opened in 2024. Happyland features two playgrounds — the Lil Kids Playground and Big Kids Playground — along with canopied swing sets, an open lawn, and shade pavilions where parents can sit comfortably while watching their children play.

A Peek into an Exciting 2026

The Paddock amenity center will open more pools in Santa Rita Ranch (because you can’t have too many), as well as playscapes, an outdoor F1 trike track, and indoor and outdoor pickleball courts — something we consider a really big “dill!” addition to our Liberty Hill TX Real Estate Market Recap 2025.
Builders will receive more lots throughout the year, giving prospective buyers ample selection. And we can’t wait to see three new model homes by Toll Brothers opening in Eldorado Village early next year.
