Schools play a huge part in the decision-making process when families choose to move to a new community. The Santa Rita Middle School with Liberty Hill ISD is the third on-site school located in our growing neighborhood and will begin construction in March 2020 in the community’s South neighborhood. The new Liberty Hill middle school is anticipated to be open in August 2021 and will open their doors for some 1,000 students in 6th-8th grade.
We couldn’t be happier to share the news of this new, $50 million, state-of-the-art facility with our residents! The addition of Santa Rita Middle School means that the Ranch will offer on-site school options for students in kindergarten through 8th grade!
Liberty Hill ISD is a 4A public school district that has been rated “A” and recognized as a “Character Plus” district by the Texas Education Agency! No wonder it’s also one of the fastest-growing school districts in Central Texas!
We’re very proud to be part of a district that has received—and maintains—such accolades, and all of our residents love knowing that the schools in and around Santa Rita Ranch are some of the best in the state!
The new facility will include plenty of classrooms, library, lab, and gym space and will be designed to live up to the district’s motto: “Educating for the future, one student at a time.”
Besides the on-site schools, you’ll find plenty of other elementary, middle, and high schools near Santa Rita Ranch. Also, Divine Savior Academy, part of one of the largest private school systems in the country, will open right here on the Ranch in the fall of 2020!
