Santa Rita Ranch in Liberty Hill is one of the most family-oriented master-planned communities in the Greater Austin area, combining seven on-site schools, 9 resort-style pools, three splash parks, the Happyland play park, age-specific playscapes, the Lil’ Bit Speedway trike track, the Wellness Barn fitness center, nature trails, and a dog park all exclusively for residents. A dedicated Director of Fun, signature events like Santa Rita Days and the 4th of July Party at The Ranch, and a community culture built around the Ranch Code values reflect a level of investment in family life that goes well beyond typical master-planned community amenities.
