So first of all, I love the kitchen because that the kitchen is what sells the home.
One of the things I like about open and bright, great use of colors is centralized. Also love the open dining area, also nice and spacious here. Ten, 11 foot ceilings, eight foot doors all the way around down here. So it’s a it’s a it’s very comfortable. And the nice thing, though, is that you can customize it or should I say we we’ve got flexibility to to add and subtract rooms. So we’re looking at there’s a game room up here, but we could subtract that game room and it becomes an an open two story ceiling with lots of light. I’m just so excited about the home that we built here. We built it with Scott Felder as my third Scott Felder at home. It was a perfect model for us. The Chesapeake, which is the same as the model. And we chose this because it had an amazing view and also a room enough for a pool.
