RCLCO Real Estate Advisors announced their Mid-Year Top 50 List of Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities on July 9, and we’re very proud to say that Santa Rita Ranch made the list!
What’s it all about? Since 1994, RCLCO has conducted a nationwide survey of the top-selling master-planned communities all over the country. Their goal is to identify the top-selling communities as a way of both acknowledging their success and acting as a field guide to interested buyers. That’s not all. RCLCO’s list also helps to take the pulse of the industry and pass along lessons learned from successful master-planned communities to those that are still growing and finding their way.
With more than 50 years of experience in reporting on the real estate market as well as providing economic, financial, and impact analysis, RCLCO is a recognized authority in the field with offices across the country including one right here in Austin, TX. We couldn’t be more pleased that Santa Rita Ranch is on their list of the 50 top-selling communities from the first half of 2019.

While this is our first time on RCLCO’s Mid-Year Top 50 List of Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities, it’s by no means the first time that Santa Rita Ranch has been singled out for awards and recognition. Since our inception, we’ve been named
- Community of The Year three times by Austin Business Journal and the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin.
- Developer of the Year twice by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin.
- Lifestyle Program of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin.
- Voted Best of the Best Amenities by the Austin American-Statesman.
