We’ve seen record home sales by month so far this year!
That’s right! Even though 2020 was a banner year for new home sales in Texas and across the country, and we welcomed lots of new families to our master-planned community last year, we’re already seeing record home sales at Santa Rita Ranch for the first quarter of this year that are blowing 2020 out of the water! In fact, 242 new families have started to call the Ranch home so far this year, and that number beats the first quarter of 2020 by nearly 100 new homes sold!
Why are so many families choosing to live the Ranch lifestyle? There are lots of reasons, but we can’t help but think that our amazing resident events have something to do with it. Here are just a few of the great resident events we’ve had recently:
- The kids (and the kids in all of us) came out for our annual Easter egg hunt on the Green.
- What could be better than an authentic crawfish boil at the Ranch? One with lots of friendly faces and a great New Orleans band!
- Everyone loves goat yoga! If you didn’t realize that goats from the Fannie’s Farm petting zoo and yoga go great together, it’s just because you haven’t yet had the experience!
- And Ranch residents of all ages had a ball at our basketball tournament, held on our very own community basketball court!
Here at the Ranch, though, we don’t like to rest on our laurels. We’ve always got new stuff coming to help our residents live active and healthy lives, get inspired, and always have fun along the way. New on-site resources like the Santa Rita Middle School and The Grove Church will be opening soon, and a new HEB grocery store near the Ranch is coming in the fall of 2021!
With so much excitement going on at the Ranch, it’s no wonder so many people are moving to our master-planned community. We’re looking forward to making this one of our best years ever!
