Get your glam on with our hair and makeup team before filming exclusive content at two of our new model homes with a professional camera crew. You get high-quality promotional content for your personal social media accounts, and we get to post it to ours. It’s a win/win! 

Between each shoot, The Ranch House will host breakfast and lunch, depending on the time of day, for Realtors to enjoy before or after their debut.

Afterward, join us from 3-5PM for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails and our wrap party! 

HOW IT WORKS

Step One:

On camera, tour our new model homes and our available inventory, builders, staycation style amenities, and why you love selling here.

Step Two:

As a real estate influencer, share your video testimonials with your followers and clients on your social media platforms to spread the word about Ranch Life with our new Realtor Ambassador Program. 

Step Three:

We post the videos on our own platforms, too – giving you the opportunity to affiliate with the #1 selling master-planned community in the Austin area, promote your brand to an expanded audience, get facetime with real buyer prospects, and potentially score more business.

Head out back to “cool off” and enjoy our resort-style pool and two 18-foot dual waterslides, named the Big & Lil’ Dip. Relax at one of the patio and lounge areas or on the shaded Lookout Deck with Hill Country views.
