In need of a night off from cooking and cleaning? Enjoy some family time and let one of our favorite local restaurants do the heavy lifting for you! Here’s a look at what some local restaurants are doing:
Order food for takeout or delivery
This popular bakery is offering online ordering for curbside pickup, as well as delivery through DoorDash and UberEats. Breads, savory and sweet pastries, quiche and more are available. They also have offered kits for making and decorating your own sugar cookies at home.
Not only can you order pizza, subs and more from this local chain, but you can also purchase “Keep Calm and Eat Pizza” T-shirts. Order online and pick up through the drive-through or have UberEats deliver for free. Beer is also available when picking up at the restaurant.
You can still get your fix of Smokey Mo’s famous barbecue by ordering online and then having your mouthwatering goodies brought to you curbside. The restaurant has also expanded the number of third-party delivery partners they use.
Dahlia Café has a wide selection of appetizers, soups, sandwiches, salads and entrees that can be ordered online and picked up curbside at the restaurant.
Check the Malted Grains Facebook page for details on current menus and daily specials — including pies. The restaurant is open to take orders 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. with dinner available for pick up from 4 to 6 p.m.
You can order Mexican food as well as margaritas online from Jardin Corona and either curbside pick up at the store or have it delivered.
