Santa Rita Ranch is known for its amazing — and abundant! — amenities, which residents can enjoy day in and day out. Adding to that lifestyle promise and helping build a sense of community among residents of Santa Rita Ranch is a planned community Director of Fun who hosts as many as 100 events in a year.
Now leading that charge in Santa Rita Ranch is Karlien Cordier.
Karlien hails from South Africa and brings with her the engaging hospitality and ability to create an occasion out of everyday life that South Africans pride themselves on. She also understands the Texas way of life, thanks to her mother who is from Texas. All of this she plans to put to use in her new role as Director of Fun at Santa Rita Ranch.
But that’s not all that motivates Karlien. A constant source of inspiration are her two daughters who live in the present every day. She says it is a lesson in mindfulness and how to treat each day as a new gift of opportunity.
With this in mind, she is looking forward to meeting Santa Rita Ranch residents and nurturing the Santa Rita Ranch lifestyle. She hopes to blaze her own trail here in Santa Rita Ranch (Ranch Code No. 7, hoping residents of all ages will have plenty of fun along the way (Ranch Code No. 11).
