Santa Rita Ranch — Austin’s Master-Planned Community of the Year (Again!)
This year’s Sales and Marketing Excellence (MAX) Awards hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin (HBA) seemed a little familiar — probably because it was a back-to-back win for Santa Rita Ranch to be named Master-Planned Community of the Year.
In addition to taking home one of the evening’s top honors, Santa Rita Ranch won six other trophies, including Best Lifestyle Program — which we also won in last year’s MAX Awards.
“To be named the top master-planned community two years back-to-back and winning for our lifestyle program again is humbling,” said Santa Rita Ranch Developer Ed Horne. “We are following our Ranch Code No. 7 and blazing our own trail here in Santa Rita Ranch, and both buyers and industry experts are responding.”
The community’s other 2019 MAX Awards included wins for Best Social Media Campaign/Program, Best Radio Ad, Best Sales Brochure and Best Short Format Video. In all, Santa Rita Ranch was a finalist in 13 categories.
These latest awards are added to an impressive list of honors Santa Rita Ranch has earned since sales began in 2015. It was named Master-Planned Community in 2018 by the Austin Business Journal and late last year, Santa Rita Ranch amenities were named the “Best of the Best” by area voters at Austin’s 2018 Best of the Best Official Choice Awards. The HBA also named Ed Horne Developer of the Year in late 2017.
