The new neighborhood will be called Regency at Santa Rita Ranch and will integrate seamlessly with our existing master-planned community and all of its conveniences and amenities.
This will be the first joint effort between Santa Rita Ranch and Toll Brothers, an award-winning FORTUNE 500 company and the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes. The new Regency active-adult neighborhood will include more than 1,000 home sites right here in Santa Rita Ranch. Residents will have access to social events, activities, and amenities designed with active adults’ lifestyles in mind. Toll Brothers has previously developed Regency communities in nine states across the country, but this will be the first time the company has developed a 55+ community in the state of Texas. Toll Brothers will begin development with 116 home sites off Ronald Reagan Highway, just across the street from Divine Savior Academy, our on-site private school. Regency at Santa Rita Ranch is anticipated to open for sale early 2022.
