The much-anticipated list of the top master-planned communities 2024 is out, and once again, Santa Rita Ranch stands proud as Austin’s top-selling master-planned community in the 2024 RCLCO rankings.
Builders in Santa Rita Ranch sold 644 new homes last year, enough to earn us the No. 18 spot in the nation for the 2024 RCLCO rankings. This is the sixth consecutive year Santa Rita Ranch ranks as the best-selling in Austin and the sixth consecutive year to appear on the RCLCO list.
