Evidently, when you say, “best master-planned communities in Texas,” there is a good chance that you’re talking about Santa Rita Ranch. According to the 2022 RCLCO mid-year report, we’re still holding the top spot in the Austin-Round Rock area for sales, and we’re ranked #29 in the nation.
Those who have been following Santa Rita Ranch for a while know that this isn’t the first time that we’ve been recognized by RCLCO. Last year at this time, we ranked #33 in the nation, so there’s even more reason to celebrate! We’re only halfway through 2022, but the year has already been extraordinary here at Santa Rita Ranch. We could list the reasons all day long, but we’re especially excited about the fact that we’ve had 273 new families join our Ranch community so far this year!
We have a top-notch team working hard every day to make sure that Santa Rita Ranch provides the very best possible place to live for all of our many residents, so recognition like this from an expert group like RCLCO is a wonderful thing. It’s nice to receive confirmation that our hard work is paying off, but even being named one of the best master-planned communities in Texas can’t compare with the satisfaction we get from seeing even one of our residents enjoying life on the Ranch.
