At Santa Rita Ranch, we’re always happy to share good news, and our end-of-the-year roundup to close out 2020 is chock full of goodness to share! We have so much to be thankful for here on the Ranch, from our long-time residents to all the new neighbors moving into Santa Rita Ranch homes, so let’s get to it!
Our community grew faster than ever
A record number of new families made the Santa Rita Ranch master planned community their home sweet home in 2020. In fact, we’re projected to add over 600 or more new families to our growing community by the end of the year! We couldn’t be more excited to see so many new neighbors and friends joining our community, but it’s really no surprise. After all, the Greater Austin area has become one of the fastest-growing major metros in the country, and our master-planned community in Liberty Hill, TX – near Northwest Austin – is the perfect home for folks who enjoy having fun, experiencing nature, hanging with friends, and spending time with family, while still being close to the jobs and opportunities of the city.
So many milestones
In many ways, 2020 was a banner year at Santa Rita Ranch! Residents know that our community is so much more than a place to call home. It’s a place of natural beauty and limitless adventure where you can always have fun along the way. In 2020, we added so many new amenities and developments, including our first on-site schools, Santa Rita Elementary and the Divine Savior Academy. With “staycations” becoming the thing in 2020, The Hub At The Green, the new Hideaway Park, and Marriage Park gave residents a perfect place to chill and enjoy themselves. Our four-legged residents weren’t left out, either! We also introduced the Bark Park dog park for our pooches and their favorite people to enjoy!

Of course, we couldn’t have celebrated any of these great milestones in 2020 without the support of our amazing residents. We want to take a moment to thank all the members of our master-planned community and all the people from across the nation who chose Santa Rita Ranch as their new home in 2020. We’re so pleased to welcome you to Texas, and we hope that you’re happier in your new home than ever before! Whether you’re a new resident or someone who has lived at the Ranch since the start, you were at the heart of every decision we made this year, and you’ll stay at the forefront of all of our plans going forward into 2021 and beyond!

Sure, 2020 may have been our biggest year yet, but we’re far from done! 2021 will see the opening of a third on-site school, the Santa Rita Ranch Middle School. A new on-site Kids ‘R’ Kids daycare, also opening in 2021, will bring the highest standards of childcare, early childhood education, curriculum programming, state-of-the-art facilities, and affordable tuition to families here at the Ranch. Residents searching for a spiritual community can look forward to the grand opening of The Grove Church, which will offer a place for neighbors to gather to find hope, love, purpose, peace, and fellowship. Plus, H-E-B broke ground on a new store at Bar W Marketplace right nearby, giving Santa Rita Ranch residents access to more than 100,000 square feet of world-class grocery shopping about a one-minute drive from their front doors!
As you can see, we’re looking forward to a 2021 that’s even bigger and better than 2020 was on the Ranch, and we’re excited to share each and every new development with our residents!
