Schools & Education

At Santa Rita Ranch, we are about excellence in education, that’s why Ranch Code #1 is Learn from the Land. We know schools play a large part in where and why families move, so we place education at the top of our list. In our community, residents have the luxury of choosing between two premier school districts recognized for academic excellence: Georgetown ISD and Liberty Hill ISD. We’ve also set aside land for up to four schools within Santa Rita Ranch, so families can walk together to school every morning, sipping coffee—or cocoa—and trading stories.

0601_SRR_Website_education_v3lr_pdfEducation Fund

Our goal is to not just exceed your family’s immediate needs—we’re making sure your futures are bright, too. Education is engrained in the values that set the foundation for Santa Rita Ranch and this is why Ranch Code #1 is Learn from the Land. We’ve created a Learn from the Land education fund to showcase this value. For each home sold, Santa Rita Ranch developers and builders are working together to donate $1,000 to an education fund for students in our community. By the time the ranch is completed, that’ll be $6 million towards a robust education for our children!
