Workout Wednesday’s in April will feature the Yogalaties Program! Yogalaties is a combination of two philosophies of exercise. A balance of mind, body, and spirit. While yoga is more of a mind and body experience with core stabilization dating back to around 3000 BC India, many of the basic moves are similar if not the same in Pilates. Yoga brings consciousness to the body, breath, mind, and prana for deep health benefits. It calms and cleanses and strengthens the body. Pilates combined yoga with stabilizing and resistance work focusing on core strength. This class will combine the core strengthening and poses to help build a stronger, leaner, and less stressed and happier YOU.
