Peach Sherbet Vitamix Recipe

Lately, we’ve been loving the fruit of the season—peaches! From freshly picked to baked in a pie (our favorite here), they’re the perfect summer treat to satisfy your sweet-tooth. And, because we’re always looking for ways to cool off underneath the Texas sun, we’ve also been loving this Peach Soy Sherbet. Super easy to make, this vegan and low-fat treat are perfect after a long day in the sun. So, check out the video for a step-by-step guide and enjoy!


1 cup soy milk

1 lb. frozen peaches, softened for 25 minutes

¼ cup honey

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Vitamix blender



  1. Place ingredients, in order listed, into Vitamix blender.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Start blending, and slowly increase to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. After about 30-60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and you will see four mounds.
  5. Stop machine and serve!


Tip: if mixture consistency is too soft, firm up slowly with a cup of ice cubes.
