Fall at The Ranch is one of the most beautiful times of the year to get outside and enjoy the natural serenity of the Texas Hill Country.
Fall is upon us and what better time to get out and enjoy all that Santa Rita Ranch has to offer. Our Ranch Neighbors have a great opportunity to take advantage of discovering natural beauty while blazing their trail toward their healthiest self.
Here are some ways to do so. First, you could start with a simple walk or jog down our trails don’t forget to stop and take in our amazing views. In doing so this could offer balance and a regenerate a sense of peace while clearing your mind and giving yourself a moment of freedom and adventure.
Next head over to Tierra Rosa fitness area and encourage a little bit of self-resistance exercises.
This will ensure that you can work those muscles that we sometimes forget. Make sure to take turns between the equipment and work each exercise in a 15-rep count and then complete three sets. This will help ensure that each muscle group is getting worked evenly. Lastly, don’t forget to have fun along the way.
