Ranch Camp Amenity Center

Ranch Camp, under construction now, is the newest and largest amenity complex in Santa Rita Ranch. Located in our Homestead neighborhood, the 8-acre complex will bring additional pools and sports courts to Santa Rita Ranch. Ranch Camp also will have a cooling shed, shaded arbors and a cornhole lawn. Its many features will complement the more than $40 million worth of amenities already open in Santa Rita Ranch.

55+ Active Adult Amenity Center

Santa Rita Ranch has partnered with Toll Brothers to develop Regency, an active adult neighborhood within The Ranch, designed specifically for those 55 years of age or older! This new neighborhood has broken ground on the next state-of-the-art amenity center in Santa Rita Ranch that will be exclusive for Regency’s Active Adult 55+ residents!

Two Onsite Schools

Coming to Santa Rita Ranch

Great news for both Georgetown ISD and Liberty Hill ISD kiddos! Two new onsite elementary schools will be opening at Santa Rita Ranch within the next few years. The Georgetown ISD elementary school will be located in our Tierra Rosa Village and the Liberty Hill ISD elementary school will be located in front of our Homestead Village. Neighborhood

We’re excited to announce Saddleback, a neighborhood by Pulte Homes in Santa Rita Ranch. Located across from our Regency neighborhood, Saddleback is now selling new homes from Pulte homes and the beautifully furnished model homes will open Spring 2023!
